Domestic Shipping

Our shipping costs are based off weight and how fast you need your order.

We use Royal Mail for all of our shipping options. If your order isn’t time sensitive selecting the second class option at checkout will be your cheapest option, and will only arrive a couple of days after the more expensive first class option. For second class orders weighing up to 2kg, the shipping cost will be between £1.00 - £4.00. Any orders over 2kg will have a £15 postage charge, as this is quite a bit, we recommend you make two separate orders with us, as the postage may be considerably lower. Feel free to drop us a message at hellothewhimsicalapple@gmail.com before you place your order if you are worried about this, and we’ll have a chat about your options to get you the lowest delivery cost.

First class shipping is the same principle as above but range between £1.50 - £5.20, or £18 for orders over 2kg.

Orders over £20 get free delivery regardless of weight! Yippee!

International Shipping

At the moment we unfortunately are unable to offer shipping options outside of the UK from this site, however we are working on making this happen as soon as possible.

Returns

Damaged Product Returns

We accept returns in the case of damaged products. If an order arrives damaged please contact hellothewhimsicalapple@gmail.com as soon as possible with a clear photo of the issue so we can appropriately address it for you. If we are not contacted within 7 days of delivery, we will be unable to take responsibility for the damage, unless it is a clear print/production error. Although we take care to package goods appropriately, accidents can happen during transit, and we will do our best to resolve any issues for you.

Return Postage Cost

We do accept exchanges as long as products are returned in original, unused condition.

We can only complete the exchange once we have received the original product back from you, we are not responsible for the return postage of the product, and cannot complete the exchange without it, therefore we recommend using a tracked shipping option for its return.

As we are a small business we are unable to cover the cost of returned items - with the exception of damaged goods - if you are concerned about a product you’ve received, drop us an email and we’ll do our best to resolve the issue for you.

14 Days To Request An Exchange

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds on orders but we are open to exchanging products as long as the product is returned in its original, unused condition, suitable for resale.

We can accept product exchange requests up until 14 days after you have received your order, after those 14 days we are unable to offer any exchanges on products. We can exchange the product for another product of the same, or higher value. Please drop us an email if you are unhappy with your order, and we can have a chat about it in more detail and resolve the issue appropriately :)
